Posting (6/14/10 - 10:30 p.m.) - Islanders' General Manager Garth Snow will call into NHL Live tomorrow at 1 p.m.  Make sure to check back here to click on the live streaming audio as Snow talks with Don LaGreca and E.J. Hradek.

Posting (6/3/10 - 1:10 p.m.)
- Center John Tavares will be sidelined for the next 2-4 weeks with a fractured right foot. The injury occurred while playing for Team Canada at the World Championships in Germany. The Islanders leading scorer last season will wear a boot during his recovery and is expected to make a full recovery.

Posting (6/1/10 - 11:10 p.m.) - The New York Islanders have agreed to terms on a three-year entry-level contract with David Ullstrom.  

Last season, Ullstrom played in the Swedish Elite League for HV71 Jonkoping.  In 47 games, the 6’3, 200 pound center tallied five goals and 11 assists for 16 points.  

Ullstrom, the Islanders’ fourth round selection (102nd overall) in the 2008 National Hockey League Entry Draft, won a silver medal as a member of Team Sweden at the 2009 World Junior Championships in Ottawa, ON.  In team’s six gamesUllstrom recorded four points (2 goals and 2 assists).
